Hosplitality rider

1. General conditions

Full set of hight quality loudspeaker equipment to perform an orchestra concert. Audio output of equipment is calculated based on venue sizes.

2. Onstage sound equipment

Full set of hight quality loudspeaker equipment to perform an orchestra concert. Audio output of equipment is calculated based on venue sizes.

3. Stage Equipment

3.1 Monitor

  • 4 independent fills (stage acoustic systems) with a minimal output of 300 W per each unit.

3.2 Rear-fill*

  • 9 microphones (5-6 ShadowElectronics or Fishman mics with nine TS cables)

* there is an alternative option for rear-fill using 5-6 Shure SM81 mics or any others of the same type completed with five tripod boom mic stands and five sufficient-length cables.

* number of stands, mics and cables depends on number of musicians.

 

3.3 Keyboard fill

  • 4 DI boxes with four TS cables.
  • One keyboard stand.

3.4 Misc

  • Chairs according to the number of orchestra's musicians. Number of musicians depends on musical program.

HOSPLITALITY RIDER OF ECLECTIC SOUND ORCHESTRA ENSEMBLE

1. General conditions

Compliance with the requirements of this hospitality rider is necessary to successfully hold the Eclectic Sound Orchestra ensemble's concert. Full or partial non-compliance with the hospitality rider provides a valid cause to cancel performance or arbitrarily change previously set concert program.Technical and management staff should arrive no later than 2 hours before the event. The whole ensemble should arrive not later than 1 hour prior to the event.

2. Away performance
  • If your event is planned to take place outside the city, it's necessary to arrange transportation of ensemble to the venue or pay travel costs to the venue taking cargo into account, for example, double bass, synthesizer.

2.1  Open-air performance

  • Open-air performance requires stage canopy. Musical instruments are objected to change of temperature, high humidity and rain. It wouldn't be possible to hold a performance at a temperature of less than 15 degrees Celsius.
  • Open-air play requires an additional payment in the amount of 20% of performance cost.
  • If performance takes more than two hours, it's required to provide musicians with a hot tea or refreshing drinks depending on weather.
3. Dressing room
  • The room should be lockable in order to keep personal belongings, clothes and musical
    instrument cases safe during performance.
  • The room should feature mirror with dimensions of not less than 50 х 50 cm.
  • Table and 10 chairs should be available.
  • Clothes rail and free clothes hangers.
